RULE AND REGULATIONS

INSTRUCTION TO PARENTS:-

Parents / guardians are expected to cooperate with school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that their children or wards prepare their lessons, and by tacking an active interest in the activities of the school.
Parents and guardians are expected to sign messages, test papers, or any similar document when so requested. Failure to do this may put their children at great inconvenience and render them liable to being home.
Students should get their report cards duly by their parents or guardians within five days of their report cards duly by their parents or guardians within five days of their receipt. in case of loss of a report card, a duplicate one will be issued only after a payment of Rs. 100/- as a fine.
Parents and guardians should keep an eye on the Non-attendance and leave records.
Parents are informed that their children be sent home.

a) For arriving late without a valid for which they must carry a note from their parent
b) For not wearing the correct uniform.

FEE RULES:-

Fee should be paid on or before the 12th of each month
After the 12th, a late fine of Rs.5/- per day will be charged.
Holding fees in arrears after the second month will not be accepted. The names of defaulters will be struck off the rolls after the 15th of the second month.
Re-admission will be as per the school rules.
Pupils shall not be allowed to sit for the examination unless all fees are paid up-to-date.
Fees once paid are not refundable.
Parents are requested to send the exact amount of fees as children often lose the balance amount.
Small children should not be entrusted with the payment of fees.

CODE OF CONDUCT:-

All students must attend the General Assembly in the morning
Students should arrive at school before the 1st bell rings. Students arriving habitually late will be sent home.
Late comes must bring an application from their parents/guardians otherwise they will on sent home. No child shall leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the principal or teacher in charge and a gate pass.
Care must be taken of all school property and no student should scratch, spoil the desks or chairs damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls, or any way damage things.
No parent is permitted to enter the classrooms. Parents are not allowed to meet teachers during school hours without a prior appointment from the principal.
Students are not allowed to bully or intimidate other students, staff, or teachers, in case of any problem, they are encouraged to contact the counselor and/or the principal for the complaints if any
No parents are allowed in the class to celebrate Birthday parties.
Students suffering from any infectious disease must complete the quarantine period before rejoining school. This should be indicated on the medical certificate duly signed by a complaints doctor.
All students are expected to speak only in English at school and we request the parents to encourage the students to do so at home as well.
All students shall bring the school diary to school everyday parents are expected to check the same.

PROGRESS REPORT:-

Parents will be kept regularly informed of their ward's academic performance and participation in co-curricular activities.
Two terminal examination schedules will be conducted during an academic year per the new provisions of RTE-Act 2009 introduced by the C.B.S.E.
1st Term (Half Yearly Exam) is scheduled in September and 2nd Term (Annual Exam) in March. Besides these, two periodical assessments are held in an academic year.
Promotion will be granted to a student on the basis of his/her whole year's overall performance.
Parents must collect and sign the Progress Report after the declaration of the results of each examination. They are also requested to ensure that their ward is prompt in studies and his/her result must be up to mark.
